The communal house was built in the middle of the 19th century by Thanh Hoa villagers in the middle of the 19th century with the name Thanh Hoa Trung Thon Temple to worship the gods and the predecessors who had reclaimed and established the village.
This temple is located near Thot Not (now known as Thot Not Commercial Center) built in 1852 and was simply a temple at the time, it was only built in 1902 to worship Bon Canh Thanh Hoang of Tu Duc King (5th year).
