The 2019 Southern Folk Cake Festival ends in the attachment of visitors

The 8th-2019 Southern Folk Cake Festival closed on the evening of April 16, leaving many good impressions in the hearts of visitors.

After 5 days (from April 12 to April 16), the Festival attracted about 600,000 visitors, an increase of 100,000 times compared to the Festival of 2018. Although it was the closing night, the number of visitors came to the Folk Cake Festival. The South is still very crowded.
The festival is highly appreciated by the public thanks to professional organization, thoughtful and reasonable booth arrangement. Issues such as environmental sanitation, food safety and hygiene, security, space for visitors ... are guaranteed.
In the closing ceremony, 22 artisan delegations participating in the Folk Cake Contest and 5 units with many contributions to the Southern Folk Cake Festival for the period of 2015-2019 were awarded the Certificate of Merit by Can Tho City People's Committee.
The organizing committee of the Contest of Folk Cakes (organized by the Department of Cultural Culture - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) also summarized and awarded. This year, there are 83 artisans from 30 units, competing for 70 kinds of cakes. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 12 Gold Medals and 24 Silver Medals to artisans.

7. Artisan Huynh Thi Phuong Trang, Center for Information and Communication Center of Ben Tre province. Product: Salted egg with salted egg
